                               ORDINANCE NO. 10221
                  
                  
                  AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING CITY OF CHATTANOOGA 
                  SEWER EASEMENTS ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON 
                  GOODWIN ROAD, NORTH SIDE, BETWEEN GUNBARREL 
                  AND THE WEST BOUNDARY OF DRAKE FOREST 
                  SUBDIVISION EXTENSION.
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby 
       abandoned City of Chattanooga sanitary sewer easements located on 
       Goodwin Road, north side, between Gunbarrel and the west boundary 
       of Drake Forest Subdivision Extension (Tax Parcel No. 
       149-I-B-001).
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance 
       shall be effective two (2) weeks from and after its passage as 
       provided by law.
